Cocemos las patatas con piel y los huevos, escurrimos el agua y dejamos enfrÃar.
Pelar las patatas y las cortarlas a caschos, después hacemos lo mismo con los huevos y el resto de los ingredientes, la aliñamos con sal, aceite y un chorrito de vinagre.
Y rico, rico, rico, listo para tomar….
